Building a better exchange with Nonprofits and DOGE

Would you like a community driven exchange that uses DOGE as its base currency? Would you like an exchange that only charges what it needs to cover operations instead of milking traders for billions? NCEF is making that a reality, but we need your support to make it happen.

The Nonprofit Cryptocurrency Exchange Foundation (NCEF) is making a better exchange by starting with a better foundation: nonprofits. Nonprofits have no owners or shareholders. NCEF is incorporated in Arizona and is regulated by all federal and state nonprofit laws. Profits can never be diverted to an individual, but instead are used to better serve the consumers. All of NCEF's work will be open source for the entire community to use.

We are currently looking for community support. We would love to have DOGE be our community supporter. We would use DOGE as our base currency if the bulk of our support comes from this wonderful community.
